Who is Easilink Community Transport?

Connecting communities in Northern Ireland for nearly a decade, Easilink Community Transport are an organisation that provides travel access to residents in rural areas like Omagh, Strabane & Foyle. Their tireless work gives people the ability to access vital health care, encourages socialising in community groups, and even helps people with their shopping.

Northern Ireland residents are lucky enough to be blessed with some of the most breathtaking country landscapes. For those living nestled amongst the green rolling hills and sweeping fields, a task as simple as “nipping to the shops” can sometimes mean a lengthy car journey. This becomes more difficult for those without cars or easy access to public transport and here’s where Easilink Community Transport and TBC Conversions step in.

Working together with Disability Action NI, Easilink Community Transport and their dedicated staff provide a lifeline to people living with disabilities in some of the hardest to reach rural residences.

We’re pleased to have provided the organisation with a specially converted Volkswagen Crafter accessible minibus complete with a rear onboard lift to allow access for wheelchair users.

It’s thanks to our minibus conversions that organisations like Easilink Community Transport are able to continue providing the essential services they do. Helping the people living in some of the most isolated locations in Northern Ireland to stay connected and remain part of a larger community.
